Ordering and Payment:

We use a simple shopping cart ordering system that doesn’t include online payments. Once we have received your order we’ll calculate your postage and email you an invoice and payment details as soon as possible. You’re also welcome to email your order directly to us if you prefer.

Payment options within Australia are direct bank deposit, cheque, Paypal or credit card (by phone, fax, or post) For customers outside Australia we will send you a Paypal payment request for payment by Paypal account or credit card. We will include all the payment details with your invoice.

Postage:

We charge actual postage on all orders and this will be included on your invoice. Parcels within Australia will usually be sent Express Post for speed and security.

Overseas parcels will be sent by registered post or equivalent. Please email us if you would like us to calculate your postage before you place your order.

Pricing and GST:

All our prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax). Overseas customers aren’t required to pay this tax and it will be deducted on your invoice. You can calculate the deduction as 1/11th of the total price of your order before postage charges.

Returns:

Unless otherwise stated we attempt to provide fabrics in as close to perfect condition as possible. However, most of our fabrics are between 30 and 100 years old and we cannot guarantee their sturdiness, colourfastness etc. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will accept returns at the purchaser’s expense and can either provide a refund or credit for the original purchase price, not including postage. Please note that the whole item must be returned and we do not accept part returns of ‘bundles’, ‘remnant bags’etc

Privacy and Security:

We do not share customer information with any other business. No credit card details are stored on this site.

Mizuhiki

Traditional paper cords for decoration and wrapping.

Mizuhiki cords are traditionally used for gift wrapping and decorating gift envelopes but also have lots of craft possibilities. Each mizuhiki is 92cm long and the price is for a set of 20 strands. Please choose one of the following colour combinations from the drop down menu:

Celebration: Red, white, silver and gold - used in combination for auspicious occasions

Red and white: also used for auspicious occasions or general gifts.

Colours: A mix of fun bright colours.

Natural: A selection of forest tones with a touch of purple

Other: Please specify a colour or combination of colours in the space provided on the order form.
